Hello, my beautiful sisters.
Today, I want to speak to those moments when you feel like you’re not enough—when self-doubt starts whispering lies in your ear, convincing you that you’re less than who you truly are.
If you’ve ever felt unworthy, let’s talk about how to remind yourself of your incredible value and reclaim the confidence that’s always been yours.
Needed Validation
Sisters, I know what it’s like to look around and feel like you don’t measure up.
Maybe you’ve been overlooked at work, dismissed in relationships, or you’ve fallen into the trap of comparing yourself to others. You might think, “Am I doing enough? Am I good enough?”
Those thoughts can feel so heavy, as if they’re dragging you down into a pit you can’t climb out of.
You’ve probably tried to seek validation from others—waiting for someone to notice your hard work, to compliment you, to tell you that you’re amazing. But no matter how much praise you get, it never seems to be enough.
The doubt creeps back in, leaving you feeling empty and lost.
When You Have Doubts
My sisters, the problem isn’t that you aren’t enough—it’s that you’ve been looking in the wrong places to affirm your worth.
Your value isn’t tied to anyone else’s approval. It doesn’t come from what you do, what you look like, or how others perceive you. Your worth is intrinsic. It’s woven into the very fabric of who you are.
God didn’t make you by accident or mistake.
He crafted you with purpose, intention, and infinite love. When you doubt yourself, remind yourself that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your worth isn’t up for debate—it’s already been decided.
Encouragement
So when self-doubt comes knocking, sisters, turn your focus inward and upward.
Instead of seeking validation from others, seek alignment with the truth of who you are. Look at yourself through the eyes of love and grace, and let that perspective guide you back to a place of self-assurance.

Uplifting Call to Action
Here’s what I encourage you to do:
- Start your day with affirmations. Write down statements that affirm your worth, like, “I am valuable, I am enough, and I am loved.” Say them aloud every morning to set the tone for your day.
- Create a gratitude list. Reflect on the qualities, talents, and blessings that make you unique. Writing them down can shift your perspective and remind you of the abundance already in your life.
- Silence the comparisons. Take a break from social media or other triggers that make you feel inadequate. Focus instead on nurturing your own journey.
- Practice self-compassion. When doubt arises, treat yourself with kindness and understanding. Ask yourself: “What would I say to a dear friend in this moment?” Then, say it to yourself.
- Pray or meditate. Spend time connecting with God, asking for clarity and strength to see yourself as He sees you.
My sisters, don’t let self-doubt dim the light within you.
You are radiant, cherished, and filled with potential. The world needs you to show up fully, just as you are. Let that truth empower you today and every day.
Go shine, my beautiful sisters. You are worthy, always. 💖
