How to Find Your Tribe in 2025

Hello, my beautiful sisters.

Let’s talk about something we all need in 2025: finding your tribe.

Your tribe isn’t just a group of people; it’s the ones who see you, hear you, and support the authentic you. They reflect your values, your energy, and your purpose. And here’s the thing—it’s okay if everyone doesn’t follow you, subscribe, or share your posts.

Not everyone is meant to be part of your tribe, and that’s a good thing. Let’s dive into how to find your people and build connections that truly matter.

Empathy: Acknowledging the Struggle

Sis, I know how hard it can be to feel like you’re putting yourself out there and not getting the response you hoped for. Maybe you’re chasing your dreams, sharing your ideas, or showing your creativity, and the likes, comments, or support just aren’t coming. It can feel lonely.

But let me tell you something—your worth is not determined by a follower count, a subscription, or a share.

The right people will find you. You don’t need to twist yourself into someone else’s mold or dim your light just to fit in.

Reframing the Focus: It’s About Authenticity
Your tribe is a reflection of your authentic voice, not a popularity contest. When you stand firm in who you are and what you believe, you’ll attract the people who are meant to walk this journey with you. Remember, God didn’t create you to be anyone else. He created you to be uniquely YOU.

Think about this: Jesus had thousands of followers, but only a handful of close disciples. Even in your own life, not everyone is meant to be in your inner circle, and that’s okay.

  1. Be Your Authentic Self
Stop trying to please everyone or fit into someone else’s box. When you show up as your true self, you give the right people the chance to see and connect with the real you.
  2. Focus on Quality, Not Quantity
A small, loyal group of people who support you is more valuable than thousands who don’t truly care. Look for depth in your connections.
  3. Put Yourself Out There
Join communities, attend events (virtually or in person), and participate in spaces where like-minded people gather. Whether it’s a professional group, a creative community, or even a spiritual gathering, your tribe is out there.
  4. Don’t Force It
If someone isn’t vibing with you or doesn’t reciprocate your energy, let it go. Forcing connections only leads to frustration. Trust that your people will come.
  5. Trust the Process
Building a tribe takes time. Don’t rush it. Keep showing up, being consistent, and trusting that God will place the right people in your life when the time is right.

Uplifting Call to Action
Sis, I want you to take a moment today to reflect on what makes you you. Write it down: your values, your passions, your quirks, and your dreams. That’s the foundation of your tribe.

Then, think about one small step you can take this week to put yourself in spaces where your people might be—whether it’s joining an online group, sharing your thoughts on social media, or starting a conversation with someone new.

Remember: your tribe is out there, and they’re waiting for you to show up as your whole, authentic self.

Until next time, keep shining your light and walking in your purpose. Your people are on their way, and when they find you, they’ll remind you why being yourself was always enough.
